Turn every thermal inspection into a one-click compliance report

A desktop analysis workbench for electrical inspectors, building energy auditors and plant maintenance teams. Hardware-agnostic, AI-assisted, multi-region report templates.

5+ major camera formats
6 regional report standards
80% reporting time saved
Why this workbench

Why we built this solution

A traditional thermography workflow crosses at least three tools: the vendor software shipped with the camera (FLIR Tools, Testo IRSoft), an Excel workbook, and a Word report template. After a field run producing dozens to hundreds of images, the inspector spends 4-8 hours back at the office organizing, annotating and writing the report.

Our answer is to fold the whole workflow into a single modern desktop workbench: IRT ingest, temperature analytics, ROI annotation, AI-assisted detection, and multi-region compliance report export — all in one pass.

Target users

Core pain point

Difficult historical comparison and trend tracking

Core scenarios

The workflows this solution covers

01

Electrical predictive maintenance

  • Annual switchgear, substation and motor inspections
  • Hotspot identification with NFPA 70B grading
  • Electrical-safety remediation reports
02

Building energy audits

  • Roof, wall, door and window heat-loss inspection
  • Thermal-bridge and insulation defect identification
  • ISO 6781 / EN 13187 / ASTM E1186 compliance reports
03

Industrial equipment diagnostics

  • Rotating machinery, cold-chain storage, motor bearings
  • Historical trend analytics
  • ISO 18434 / ASTM E1934 standard reports
Capabilities

What the workbench actually does

Every capability has been hardened in real projects — not a slideware promise, but engineering that ships to production.

  • Hardware-agnostic format parser: FLIR .seq/.fff, HIKMICRO .irfa, DJI .rjpg, Testo .bmt and more
  • Temperature analytics: radiometric visualization, ROI regions, delta-T comparisons, emissivity and ambient correction
  • AI-assisted detection: YOLOv8-based hotspot auto-annotation and anomaly detection
  • Multi-region standards: NFPA 70B, NETA ATS, ISO 18434, ASTM E1934, EN 13187, GB/T — one click switch
  • Branded reports: logo, header, company info and disclaimer templatized
  • Multi-language output: English, Chinese, German, French and Japanese
  • Local-first inference: sensitive data never leaves the workstation, meets enterprise compliance

How we differ

How our approach differs from the alternatives

The usual approach
Our approach
FLIR / Testo tied to their own hardware
Hardware-agnostic across all major brands
Legacy tools stuck in a 2005 UI
Modern UI & workflow design
One-off high-priced license
Subscription + lifetime-deal options
English-speaking-market biased
Multi-region standards + multi-language output
Rules-only legacy engines
AI-assisted (not replacing) human decisions
FAQ

Before you decide, you probably want to ask

Will it work with my thermal camera brand?

The launch release supports FLIR, HIKMICRO, Testo and DJI radiometric formats — covering over 80% of the global market. Fluke, Guide IR and InfraTec will land in subsequent releases.

Can the AI misjudge?

We position AI as assistive annotation, not autonomous judgment. Every detection is highlighted and must be confirmed by the inspector. This respects the professional-liability expectations of the inspection industry.

Is data uploaded to the cloud?

All analysis, inference and reporting runs locally by default — zero data egress. Cloud sync only kicks in if you explicitly enable the team collaboration feature.

How is it priced?

Individual subscription at roughly $49/year; team edition from 3 seats at roughly $149/year. A limited-time lifetime deal is available during launch.
