Discovery
A senior engineer plus a consultant sits with your team, separates the problems worth solving from the ones that aren't, and writes it all down.

Proposal & quote
A clear technical plan, deliverables, timeline, person-days and price. Risks and assumptions are on the same page — no line item called "other".

Kickoff
Fixed cadence, fixed deliverables, fixed retros. You always see project progress directly — no "status update" theatre required.
