Dalian Lingwen Information Technology Co., Ltd. Since 2022 we've been engineering AI and data intelligence into real professional workflows — one domain at a time. We stay small on purpose; most of our clients find us through referrals, and that's how we like it.

Lingwen is an enterprise technology services company based in Dalian, serving clients across China. We believe what's really scarce in this AI wave isn't the model — it's the engineering discipline to make it useful.
Founded in 2022, we started out in port logistics and heavy equipment — industries we already knew — and grew our engineering muscle from data platforms to AI applications, and on to today's AI-native vertical workbench product line.
Going forward, we're keeping it simple: make every professional question, in every professional workflow, get a precise, auditable, trustworthy answer.

Founded in Dalian
Dalian Lingwen Information Technology was registered in Dalian Hi-Tech Park. The core business at the time was software outsourcing — data platforms, business systems and custom software for clients in port logistics and heavy equipment, with long-term operations and maintenance.
- 2023
Engineering delivery takes shape
Delivered data platforms and custom software for multiple enterprise clients. An engineering-first culture and methodology solidified: projects you can review, code you can maintain, systems that keep evolving after handover.
- 2024
Business transformation · AI application engineering
Shifted from a pure software outsourcing shop to an AI application engineering firm. A dedicated AI team was formed around RAG, agents, evaluation and private deployment, shipping LLMs into real enterprise workflows — both for outsourcing clients and as reusable internal capabilities.
- 2025
Vertical workbenches · built for global practitioners
Kicked off the AI-native vertical workbench product line for inspection, translation, logistics and compliance professionals. The goal: turn the AI engineering capabilities we accumulated into exportable software tools — no heavy local hardware, no complex channels, usable by a single professional, aimed at global markets.

Products launched · into domestic and global markets
Five vertical workbenches rolled out, marking the shift from a project-delivery company to a product company. Alongside consolidating domestic enterprise clients, we started reaching North America, Europe and Southeast Asia through Product Hunt, AppSumo and industry communities — our first full cycle of software-product internationalization.
