On June 30, 2022 Dalian Lingwen Information Technology Co., Ltd. completed business registration in the Dalian Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Liaoning, operating under the brand name Lingwen.
The founding team previously led architecture and engineering at companies in port logistics, equipment manufacturing and enterprise software — unified by a shared professional belief that the discipline of doing complex things to production-grade reliability matters. The name Lingwen carries two meanings: start from zero and ask the real question, and drive uncertainty toward zero through engineering discipline.
Launch business lines focused on two tracks. One: delivering data platforms and enterprise software to customers in ports, manufacturing and retail. Two: internal R&D on engineering-grade application of LLMs and AI. The second track gradually evolved after 2024 into today's outward-facing AI-native domain workbench product line.
Choosing Dalian's Hi-Tech Zone as our home has specific logic: a sufficient engineering talent supply, a mature customer base in port and equipment manufacturing, and a strategic location inside China's Belt and Road and Northeast Asia international shipping positioning.
